Less than 10 percent of respondents from all countries performed at the highest level for computer-based problem solving, with Sweden leading the way at 8.8 percent, followed by Finland (8.4 percent), Japan (8.3 percent), Netherlands (7.3 percent) and Canada (7.1 percent). Not surprisingly, younger adults fared better on technology scores than older adults.
